How long will it take to receive a proof of my job?
You should receive a PDF proof within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Do you offer hard proofs?
Yes, especially for color critical jobs. We will produce a hard proof and send to you via UPS. If you have changes and require a second hard proof, there will be an additional cost. It is required for you to return the hard proof to us. Once you approve and return the proof, we will match the color of the proof to the best of our ability.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days after proof approval.
What if I need my order faster than 7-10 business days?
Ask our customer service team or your sales representative and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline. We can also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
Do you have minimums?
For foil stamping, embossing and/or die cutting, the recommended minimum quantity is 250 pieces. Since we’re a custom/specialty print shop, we cannot produce low quantities cost effectively.
Do you offer 1 and 2-color printing?
Yes, we can produce your piece in 1 or 2 colors. Often times, 2-color printing is priced relatively close to 4-color printing, so sometimes we’ll suggest printing in 4-color process instead. If your job is color critical and you’d like us to match a 1 or 2-color logo, we can do that also.
Can you make Pantone colors?
Matching color is our job! We can match any Pantone color. When submitting your order/file, please be sure to indicate the Pantone color(s) in your file and in writing when placing your order.
Do you offer short run Digital Printing?
Yes, we do offer short run digital printing. The recommend quantities for a digital project are 250-500 pieces. At a quantity of 750 or more, it is most cost effective to produce the job on our offset Heidelberg printing presses.
What is an over/under run?
Most of the time, we ship you slightly over the quantity you ordered, free of charge. Sometimes, we ship you slightly under the quantity you ordered. Commercial Printing Industry trade standards allow for a 5-10% over/under on every order. If your job is quantity critical, we suggest you order 5% or 10% over. At this point, you will be invoiced for actual product count.

Direct Mail Service
Can you mail my post card, annual report, newsletter or catalog?
Yes! We are Certified Direct Mail Experts and offer in-house direct mailing services. Simply send us your mailing list; we’ll process, de-dupe and verify each address to make sure you receive the maximum postage discount based on zip cost saturation.
What if I don’t have a mailing list?
That’s ok! Sometimes our clients don’t have a mailing list. For an additional cost, we can build you a targeted mailing list. Give us your demographics (household income, zip code, age, etc.), and we’ll create your list.
Can you use my bulk mail permit?
We suggest using our bulk mail permit since mailing permits are tied to local USPS offices. We are able to mail from our service location using our permit only.
How do I send you my files?
There are several ways for you to send us your files. Our first and best way is to select the “Send a Press Ready PDF” option after you complete your job specs and are about to place your order. If you’re sending native files, utilize the “Send Us Files” tab (include link here). This enables you to send your files in short order and in one secure place. If you decide not to take advantage of our built-in file sending process, you may also send your files via email, ftp or send a disk.
Do you offer design services?
Our highly skilled design team, with 50 years of combined experience in both design and prepress production, can transform your concepts and ideas into a finished product that is creatively eye-catching.
What types of storage media do you accept?
We accept files on the following media; Digital (electronic transfer), Flash Drive and CD/DVD.
What file-types do you accept?
We accept files from both PC and MAC platforms and accept the following files types: InDesign, Quark, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Publisher, MS Word and press ready PDFs. Please refer to our Customer Primer for more details.
How long will it take to upload my files?
How long it takes to upload your file depends on your internet connectivity and the size of the files you are sending. The faster your internet connection and the smaller your file size, the quicker we will receive your files. It’s also recommended that you compress your files before sending using a compression utility such as winzip or stuffit.
